Hedgely provides arbitrage data as a research tool. By using the product you agree to these terms.

Rules

As is
The service is provided as is. Hedgely does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the feed.
No advice
Hedgely does not give investment, legal, or trading advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold. Your trades and outcomes are yours.
Risk
Crypto trading can lose some or all of your capital. Displayed spreads and 24h volumes are snapshots, not executable profit. 24h volume is each venue's official turnover, not order-book depth. You must independently verify data, book depth, withdrawals, deposits, and network status. Hedgely is not liable for exchange outages, congestion, delistings, or user error.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hedgely is not liable for direct or indirect losses from use of the platform, including trading losses and missed windows. Maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
7-Day Pro Pass
The 7-Day Pro Pass is a prepaid access pass. Hedgely does not auto-renew and does not store a payment method. When the pass ends the account returns to Basic unless you buy again.
Data
We store Google identity, session, pass/payment records, and UI preferences. No exchange API keys. No custody. See the privacy policy.
